"Deceptive, unhelpful, and a waste of money!"
This product is totally untrustworthy and not helpful at all!

Our company bought a plug-in for $500 based on the claim of a 45-day money-back guarantee on the MadeDelight website.

Unfortunately, the plug-in didn’t work for our site, so we asked for a refund.

It took a whole month for MageDelight to get back to us, and that was only after we sent a follow-up email. The response we got was that they wouldn’t issue the refund.

What happened to that 45-day money-back promise?

I even reached out to their CEO, but surprise, surprise—no response!

"Avoid purchasing extensions from this vendor..."
Steer clear of this seller for extensions; it's a total scam. They claim updates are free for life, but they haven't actually updated anything. They just switched up the wording on the purchase page to make it seem like it’s compatible with version 2.4.4. Their refund policy? Yeah, they don’t stick to it. I got the 'Product Parts Finder' module, and it hasn’t seen a single update since I bought it. Plus, the installation process was not up to Magento standards. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting...

Really disappointing experience. They don't follow their own refund rules. I purchased a 'Store Pickup' module, but the installation process was not up to Magento's standards. I asked for a refund and I'm still waiting...

The support team is super helpful, and the licensing process is pretty simple. They even hooked me up with a coupon for my order since I didn’t know about the ongoing promo. My request to change details on my invoice was handled really fast too. All in all, they offer fantastic customer service, and I’ll surely return for more projects down the line.

MageDelight provides fantastic assistance. They were quick to reply to the live chat and managed to give me an answer immediately. They also provided a complimentary updated extension that now functions with several websites using Magento 2 multi-store, all under the same Magento instance. Big thanks for changing your policy so the extension is compatible with multiple sites now!

"Fantastic Service for Mega Menu M2 Module"
To sum it up - the last developer left us hanging without the admin info for the Mega Menu M2 module before they went under, which meant our new developer was stuck and couldn't make updates on our site. We reached out to Magedelight, and they sorted it out without any hassle and super fast. Their customer service is top-notch, and it’s really nice to work with a vendor that’s so accommodating. I’d definitely recommend them and the module!
